Place was decent. Master bedroom, master bath are beautiful, and updated. Spare bedroom and spare bathroom are also updated and very nice. Kitchen area was fair it’s due for being updated big time and we found some bugs. But you can’t beat the location. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and super helpful and my wife and kids had a blast.

Great location. Condo is in rough shape with cracking tile, peeling paint, and overall dirty. Host communicated well and it does have good beach access.

Justin’s place is located in a perfect location to experience Fort Lauderdale. The common living area is spacious and has adequate seating. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The kitchen is small and not super functional for much cooking, but more than adequate for storing and heating food. There are so many fabulous restaurants within walking distance there is really no reason to do much cooking. His place is in a perfect location! The tiki bar had great food and the beach was beautiful and steps away. The unit does not have a washer or dryer but complex does have laundry in the basement for additional charge. Justin was extremely helpful and easy to reach. We enjoyed our trip.

This place was an amazing place to stay. The owner, Justin, was very helpful in answering all of our questions. This was a perfect vacation for my family during trying times. Justin’s place was awesome! Cozy and spacious. Plenty of towels and linens. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is inside a very happening resort! Beachfront with a pool. Places to rent water toys like jet skis, kayaks and more. Also plenty of options for food. We had a couple meals from the Cafe and were satisfied. The night we stayed we also walked down to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea..super charming place with a long pier and lots of shops and ice cream.

Justin is an awesome host, responds quickly, and excellent at communicating. His place is very clean and comfortable and the location is amazing. The amenities offered are an excellent value. Just a walk downstairs and you have access to an amazing patio,tiki bar, pool and just beyond that you are directly on the shore of the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach. There are many restaurant and entertainment options. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities. And he has plenty of towels and extra pillows to make sure you have what you need. I would recommend his place for any occasion. if I could give him 10 Stars I would. Thank you Justin!
