Ciboney 4005 is close the beach (steps) restaurants and shops. We have two new king beds and new bunk beds. Stainless steel "top of the line" appliances. This place screams VACATION. Wake up every morning and drink your coffee on our comfortably equipped deck that has a wonderful view of the Gulf. You can even hear the surf and see the dolphins swim by. Don't worry about finding a spot on the beach because we have a private deeded beach for Ciboney only! Our kitchen has been beautifully updated with granite and has been fully equipped to cook in if you like. If you are not familiar with Destin, you are in for a treat. We are located on Scenic Hyw. 98. The length of this road has unending views of the beach. There are many great restaurants, shops, ice cream stores, grocery stores, churches and million dollar homes. Our unit is convenient with an elevator that will make your move easier, with carts available. We have our own private pool area, a gazebo with grills, tennis courts that is gated for your privacy and safety. If you have a large family and would like two units we also have a two bedroom unit on the fourth floor that sleeps six. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf. Impeccably decorated and updated with new king in master , queen bed in the second bedroom and a couch with a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa sleeper or Ciboney 4013 to see a video of our properties. 7193528773
