Park within a few feet of the front door and enter the comfortable and well decorated condo for your home away from home. The condo is well located on the ground floor with the patio next to the pool and a short walk of about 75 yards to the beach. Except for beach chairs and beach towels, everything is furnished.
We just recently completed updating this condo. It has new carpet and tile throughout, new stove/microwave, new counter splash tile in kitchen, new king size bed, new sofa bed, new recliners that rock, new table in living room, new closet doors, new wall mounted TV and ceiling fan in bedroom, new modern lighting over bar and bar stools in kitchen, freshly repainted walls and new wall hangings throughout the condo. WIFI is furnished. No smoking and no pets in condo.
There are many great restaurants within a three or four mile radius. The airport is about twenty miles away. There are many things to do for all ages in the area.

Construction on road in front of property... otherwise convenient and nice rental. Owner communication was great.
We had a great time at Sunswept. The condo was just as described, even better. We will definitely stay here again. It was so nice having the pool right out back. My 12 year old loved it. Thank you again to Carlos.

Condo was perfect for a quick getaway. We wanted to socially distance as much as possible because of Covid-19 and we achieved that at this condo. We were able to park at the condo's front door so no elevator. The beach access, which was a short walk from the condo, was not crowded. The condo has TVs with Comcast cable and internet which was great when we were winding down at night. Another nice touch was the keypad at the door. No key or cards to keep up with. Really close to restaurants and a short drive to Pier Park. Owner was easy to contact!

The condo has all the comforts of home. Very clean and a short distance to the beach. Easy check in and out. Everything was great with the exception of the sliding glass door got hard to open and shut after a few days but otherwise all was great! I look forward to my next PCB visit here at Sunswept.

This is our fourth time staying in Mr Buckelew’s units. He owns two. They are both equally clean and comfortable. They both are on the ground floor with easy parking right outside the door and just open the sliding glass doors onto the swimming pool. The private beach access is inside the complex. Happy to be so close to restaurants and really anything you might need. This is a real money value. A family of three or four will be very happy there. Also I noticed that the complex has made recent improvements like new fencing and a brand new rebuilt shower station at the beach access. Mr. Buckelew is easy to reach in case of questions. Shannon the person that cleans the unit is very friendly and does a super job!!!
